Multiage Group Setting

At Sunnyside School House Preschool, kids get to be part of a fun family of learners Children aged 2-5 share experiences throughout the day, learning from each other along the way. Every child is unique and can go at their own speed, so there's no stress about keeping up or being held back by age. We group kids based on what they can do, not just how old they are.

First Year

Kids usually join Sunnyside School House Preschool when they're around 2 to 3 years old. This year is all about helping your little one take their first steps toward being a BIG kid! During their first year with us, they'll get to know our school, make new friends, and have a blast as preschoolers. Plus, we offer potty training for kids aged -3 for an extra fee if needed!

Second Year

In their second year at Sunnyside School Preschool, kids start working on skills that help them develop their fine and gross motor skills, expand their vocabulary, and learn basic science and nature concepts. They also begin to express their creativity and grow their social and emotional awareness. These are all key parts of early childhood development that we focus on in our second-year children.

Pre K/ TK

Our PreK/TK program caters to children aged 4 to 5 years. Our goal is to provide a strong foundation for those transitioning to Kindergarten in the following year, ensuring their success in elementary school and beyond. Furthermore, older children in the program have the opportunity to serve as role models for their younger peers, fostering valuable leadership skills within the group.
